Capstone Collection
The Capstone Collection is an exploration of identity and visual language in the form of 3 paintings. The pieces reflect the artists personal mindset as well as the merging of visual elements from various mediums.
The first piece in the capstone presentation, "The Becoming Bloom", explores the idea of potential and the commodification of it.
The second piece of the Capstone Collection, "Hierarchies of Self" aims to combines elements of graphic design and paint to visualize the way mindset effects the identity you form.
The final piece of the collection, "Scene 4: Kicks" uses elements of film to capture a moment which exemplifies coming-of-age and growth.
