S-Hawk

S-Hawk is a painting inspired by an impact frame from the One Piece anime. The frame features the character S-Hawk releasing a large shockwave of blades from his attack so the task for me in recreating this frame was capturing the overall sense of movement and power from this scene of the anime. The painting uses brushstrokes to capture the sense of movement from the character and uses line art typical for the art style of the show.
